Privacy

This note explains how Mentis Weavefield Academy Co., Ltd. handles personal data when you write to the classroom, enrol in technical analysis training, or visit the website. The academy teaches trend mapping with moving averages in Bang Phoa. The data controller is the company named above.

You may contact that address for any request about your data. There is no separate data-protection office; Arun Thepchai logs requests and Niran Chaisiri answers them.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address, the class you select, a preferred date if you give one, and the message you write. From later correspondence: whatever you send by email or say by telephone that we need in order to hold a seat. From a paid booking: the fact of payment, the amount, and the class dates. We do not ask for an identity-card number, a brokerage login, or a list of your holdings.

The website host may keep connection logs such as IP address and the page requested. Those logs are the host’s operational records. The academy does not run an advertising network and does not buy mailing lists.

Why we use it

We use enquiry data to answer you and to take steps toward a contract for a class. We use enrolment and payment records to deliver the desk, the workshop, or the sitting you booked, and to keep accounting records. The legal bases under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 are contractual necessity, legal obligation for accounting retention, and legitimate interest in running a small classroom and defending a booking dispute. Where a consent is required, we will ask for it separately and you may withdraw it.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are kept for 24 months and then deleted or reduced to a count that no longer names you. Enrolment and fee records are kept for five years after the class, in line with ordinary Thai accounting practice. Connection logs follow the host’s schedule, which may be shorter.

Sharing

Seat fees are paid by transfer to the academy’s account at a Thai bank. The bank receives the details it needs to clear the transfer. We do not sell personal data. We share it with a professional adviser or a court only if a legal claim requires it. Instructors who teach you see your name and the class you joined. They do not receive a copy of unrelated enquiries.

International transfers

Staff read enquiries in Samut Prakan. The website may be hosted on servers outside Thailand, so a page request and a form submission can be processed abroad by the host. Where that transfer needs a safeguard under the PDPA, the academy relies on the host’s contractual terms and on the fact that the content is an enquiry about a class, not a special category of data. You may ask where a current host is located.

Your rights

Subject to the PDPA and its exceptions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or a portable copy of the personal data we hold, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. You may complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand. We will respond within the period the statute requires, and we will tell you if we need proof of identity before releasing a seat book entry.

Children

Enrolment is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has written to us, contact hello@mentis-weavefield.click and we will delete the enquiry.
