Terms

These terms govern use of the website at mentis-weavefield.click and enrolment in classes offered by Mentis Weavefield Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”). The classroom is at 155/3 Moo 4, Bang Phoa, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan 10560. By using the site or by paying a seat fee you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not send an enrolment and do not pay a deposit.

The offer on this site

The site describes technical analysis training, in particular trend mapping with moving averages, delivered in person in Bang Phoa. A class place exists only when the academy confirms it by email. A page, a date on the chart-desk list, or an automated form acknowledgement is not itself a confirmation. Fees, deposits, and what each booking includes are stated on the rates page and on the class page.

Education, not an order

Lessons teach you to draw and describe moving averages on printed historical closes. They are adult education. The academy does not open accounts, place orders, manage money, or tell you to buy or sell any share, fund, or currency. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and for any adviser you choose to consult. Past closes used in class are teaching material. They are not a prediction.

Seat conduct

Classes hold ten people. You keep the house rules posted on the chart-desk page: phones on the tray, one sheet at a time, and no trading talk directed at another student’s paper. The academy may end a person’s attendance after a warning if they disrupt the table. Money already paid is then handled under the refund page as a cancellation by the academy only if the academy chooses that route; a person removed for disruption after a warning does not receive a refund for evenings already held.

Intellectual property

Teaching sheets, spacing cards, evening sequences, and the text on this site belong to the academy unless a passage is credited otherwise. You may keep your marked personal copies for private study. You may not sell them, post the clean packs for others to download, or use them to run another class. Your own handwritten notes are yours. The academy’s name and the arrangement of the velvet classroom photographs are not available for another school’s advertising.

The website

The academy tries to keep dates, fees, and descriptions current. A class can still move, and the confirmation email prevails over an older page. The site is provided for information and for enquiries. The academy is not liable for a temporary failure of the enquiry form; the telephone number 023851124 and the email hello@mentis-weavefield.click remain available.

Liability

To the extent Thai law allows, the academy’s liability arising from a class is limited to the fees you paid for that class. The academy is not liable for trading losses, missed market moves, or decisions you make after a lesson. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Thai law does not allow to be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from a class, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have as a consumer to bring a claim in another competent forum where the statute gives you that right.
