Refunds

This page covers money paid to Mentis Weavefield Academy Co., Ltd. for the Moving-Average Trend Desk, the Saturday Ribbon Workshop, the Single Chart Sitting, and an extra printed pack. It matches the way those classes are delivered: in a room at 155/3 Moo 4, Bang Phoa, Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan 10560, on printed sheets, with a named instructor. Trend Desk

If you cancel 14 or more days before the first evening, the academy returns the full tuition, including the deposit. Between 7 and 13 days before the first evening, the academy returns half of the tuition. Inside 7 days, before the first evening, the fee is kept and you may transfer once to the next desk if a seat is open. After the first evening has been held, evenings already taught are not refunded. If you miss an evening, that evening is not refunded; you may copy the sheet at the Wednesday open desk during the series.

Saturday Ribbon Workshop

A cancellation 7 or more days before the Saturday receives a full refund. Inside 7 days the chart pack has usually been printed, and the fee is kept. If the academy cancels the Saturday, you choose a full refund or a seat on the next listed Saturday.

Single Chart Sitting

Cancel 48 hours or more before the hour and the fee is returned in full. Inside 48 hours, half is returned. A no-show is not refunded. You may move the appointment once, without a fee, if you give 48 hours’ notice and another Thursday slot is open.

Deposits

The desk and the workshop ask for 30 percent to hold a seat. The deposit is part of the fee, not a separate product. It follows the timing above. A sitting has no deposit; it is paid in full when the hour is confirmed, and the sitting rules apply to that payment.

Work already started

Instructor time already given — an evening already taught, or a sitting already begun — is not refunded. If the academy cancels a remaining evening in a series you have started, the fee for those remaining evenings is returned, or you may take them on the next desk, at your choice.

Materials

An extra printed pack at 450 THB is not refundable once you have collected it from the room. Packs are not posted. A pack that is still in the drawer because the academy cancelled the class is not charged, or is returned if it was charged in error. Marked sheets you have taken home are yours to keep and are not refundable as goods.

Rescheduling and illness

Outside the windows above, one move of a desk seat to the following series is available if you send a short medical note and a seat exists. The note can be a clinic slip with the date; the academy does not need a diagnosis. Workshop and sitting moves follow their own notice periods unless the same kind of note arrives before the day begins, in which case one move is offered when the calendar allows.

How money is returned

Approved refunds go back by the same method you used to pay, normally a transfer to the Thai account the fee came from. Processing takes up to 14 business days after the academy confirms the refund by email. If the bank rejects the return, we will ask you for another account in your name.

If the academy cancels

When the academy cancels a class that has not started, you choose a full refund or the next date with a seat. The choice is yours, and it is confirmed by email. A change of instructor between Niran and Malai, announced before the evening, is not a cancellation.
